A player may roll the ball over in the FAIRWAY ONLY. You CANNOT fluff or roll ball over in rough. You may move ball in bunker to a cleaner lie until rakes are allowed back on the course. During the wet season players may pick, clean and place their ball. We typically will give relief when a ball rests on a root or on a rock. Virtually every OB on the course we penalize as a lateral hazard. We do this to keep the pace of play moving. In the event of a total lost ball, you must drop at the point of entry. YOU MUST DROP BALL WITHIN 2 club-lengths of the point of entry. All OB and lost ball is a 1 stroke penalty. Casual water/mud is no penalty.
